Q. What is VR Paradise?
A. VR Paradise is the world's first Virtual Reality Stripclub, complete with a variety of high fidelity dancers, sound and motion capture

Q. Does this game contain adult content?
A. Yes. This game contains full nudity. Sorry, 18+ only.

Q. I don't want to see games like this on my Steam account. What can I do?

Q. I have some ideas / feature requests for your game. Who can I talk to?
A. Our team is active here on the forums, and we love to hear your ideas. This is especially important during Early Access when we're still forming our roadmap. Q. What features will you be adding to the game?
A. Just some of the feature ideas we have already:

Q. How many girls are there in VR Paradise?
A. Right now, we have a selection of dancers in our virtual club. You can also fine-tune how many girls and patrons / customers are in the club in the settings menu. You can also purcahse additional girls as DLC.

Q. Who is Totem Entertainment?
A. Totem Entertainment was established in France in 1999, and has specialised in providing top quality entertainment software for 20+ years. In addition to VR Paradise, Totem also has iStripper and iDancer - with other exciting products always in development.


GETTING STARTED

Q. Which VR headsets are supported?
A. For the best experience, you need an HTC Vive, Vive Pro, Oculus Rift or Windows Mixed Reality headset to play this game. VR controllers are also supported. Keyboard, mouse and gamepad controls are also supported.

Q. Do you support Playstation VR?
A. Unfortunately, no. Sony does not allow adult content.

Q. Do you support stand-alone VR like Oculus Quest and Quest 2, Oculus Go, Samsung Gear VR and others?
A. Yes! Oculus Quest and Quest 2 are supported via Oculus Link. Others are supported using solutions like Riftcat VRidge or Kino VR. Please see the pinned forum topic for further information.

Q. Will there be a mobile version of this game?
A. Not at this time. Our focus is on the PC experience.

Q. Do you support smartphone VR solutions like Airlight VR, Trinus or Riftcat?
A. Yes! This configuration is supported as of version 0.084, as keyboard, mouse and gamepad controls can now be used.

Q. Can I play this game with my keyboard, mouse or game controller?
A. Yes! These methods are now supported as of version 0.084. This also enables you to play the game using your Smartphone as a VR headset if you do not own a dedicated headset.

Q. Does the game support my PC and operating system?
A. VR Paradise is designed for PCs running Windows 10 64-bit edition. Please refer to the System Requirements on the Store Page for more details.

Q. Is there a Non-VR version available?
A. VR Paradise is an immersive virtual reality experience. There are no plans for a non-VR version at this time.

Q. Where can I get more help?
A. We are very active here on the forums, and on our Discord. We will do our best to help you with any issues you have

Q. Can I turn off screen mirroring on my PC so I can play in private?
A. Yes. Simply use the Settings menu to switch off screen mirroring.

Q. How can I access the Settings menu?
A. The Settings menu is available in the lobby when you start the game, or when you exit to the lobby. Simply select the "gears" icon to change the settings, and don't forget to hit "Apply" before closing the window for Game settings. You can also access the Settings menu in game by pressing the "Menu" button on your motion controller (e.g. left button on Oculus Touch controllers).


PURCHASING

Q. What do I get when I purchase VR Paradise?
A. Purchasing VR Paradise gives you access to the core experience, including full nudity and multiple dancers. Additional DLC is available for separate purchase.

Q. Is there any DLC available?
A. Yes! There are multiple DLC packages available in the Steam store. The development team is continually improving the VR Paradise experience for players. We are actively planning and developing new features and content.

Q. How can I get a refund?
A. Your purchase supports the team adding new features and enhancements based on your feedback. Your support is deeply appreciated, and we welcome your feedback.

If you decide this is not for you however, you can request a refund via Steam. Please note the usual Steam refund policies apply.


TROUBLESHOOTING

Q. I'm using the Steam / Steam VR beta. Will this work for me?
A. Some users are reporting trouble with Steam beta. Please revert to the released version of Steam for best results.

Q. The game won't start / I can't launch the game. What should I do?
A. First, please try to restart your PC and VR headset.

If you are using a beta version of Steam or Steam VR, we also recommend using only the production build.

Some players have also found it helpful to uninstall the game, manually deleting the "\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\VR Paradise" folder and its contents, then reinstall. This removes any potential problems found in the user-specific configuration files.

If all this does not resolve your problem, please join the Discord, where our team and community will try to help.

Q. I can't hear any sound. What's happening?
A. If you have screen mirroring on, please check that the VR Paradise window has focus: just click on it with your mouse and it should solve the problem.

For Windows Mixed Reality users, you first need to hit the Windows key + Y to release the mouse, then click on the VR Paradise window.

Some players have reported success by switching the audio output device to their HMD before starting the game. Still others have found that starting Steam VR first, then starting the game can also make a difference.

Q. I think I found a bug. What should I do?
A. Please provide your feedback and steps to reproduce the error or glitch here in the forums on the BUG reports thread. We will do our best to help, and continue to improve VR Paradise based on your feedback.

Q. How can I improve performance on my PC?
A. You can fine tune game performance to suit your PC using the settings menu. Simply select the "Graphics" tab and experiment with lowering the various settings until your performance is optimal.

Q. How can I add my own music to the game?
A. A selection of music is available in the club. As of version 1.8.2 you can also add your own music to the club by placing files in specific folders (see patch notes).

Alternatively, if you wish to listen to your own streaming service, simply set the "Music Volume" to zero in the settings menu. You can then play music with your favourite music service or player in the background.
